Thirty years of beige, gone in two days.
Thirty years of beige over plaster with hairline cracks. We cut out and re-taped the cracks, spot-primed the patches and rolled two coats of a quiet sage that changes with the light.
What happens before the first coat.
A paint job looks good for years when the prep is done right. This is the order we work in, every room, every time.

Move and cover
Furniture goes to the middle of the room under drop cloths. Floors are covered wall to wall, doorways sealed with plastic.

Patch and sand
Nail holes, dings and cracks are filled, sanded smooth and shown to you before we paint over them.

Caulk and spot-prime
Gaps at trim are caulked; patches and stains get primer so they don’t flash through the topcoat.

Tape the lines
Ceilings, trim and fixtures are taped with sharp-edge tape for straight, clean lines.

Two full coats
Walls get two coats of premium paint, rolled and back-brushed. Dark-to-light changes get a tinted primer first.

Walkthrough and cleanup
Tape comes off, furniture goes back, and we walk every room with you with a roll of blue tape for touch-ups.
